Let's Get Healthy! Volunteer Registration

Thank you for your interest in the Let's Get Healthy! exhibit and health fair!

Our next fairs are:

Tuesday, Jan 31, 2012 - Bend, OR
Caregivers' Health Fair; 4:00 a.m. - 12:00 a.m. Partnership with the St. Charles Health System. A 20 hour event for shift workers.

Wednesday, Feb 1, 2012 - Bend, OR
Caregivers' Health Fair; 4:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. Partnership with the St. Charles Health System. A 9 hour event for shift workers.

Below is a list of volunteer shifts for upcoming events. Please select the shift(s) for which you are available. If you are volunteering in Bend, you must attend a MANDATORY training session on Monday, Jan 30, 2012. You will have two opportunities to attend: from 5:30pm - 6:45pm or from 7:00pm - 8:15pm. If neither of these times works for you, please email Adam Lipus at lipus@ohsu.edu.
