Thank you for your interest in volunteering with Let's Get Healthy! We welcome all volunteers regardless of age or experience--just fill out this form to tell us a bit about yourself.

April 6-7, 2013. Warrenton, OR. 8:30a - 4:00p both days.
Second fair for the Astoria Women's Heart Health Initiative study, also based out of OHSU.

April 19, 2013. Portland, OR. 8:00a - 3:00p.
Fair in collaboration with Oregon Medical Association. Event hours are 8:00 am - 3:00 pm.

April 22, 2013. Salem, OR. 10:00a - 2:00p.
Part of "OHSU Day" at the Capitol. This volunteer opportunity is open to OHSU students and staff only. Hours are 10am-4pm. If you are interested in this opportunity, please go to this separate registration site.

August 8, 2013. Portland, OR. Hours TBA.
Fair in collaboration with Multnomah County Health Department. Location is at their clinic at NE Killingsworth and MLK.

FIRST-TIME VOLUNTEERS: if you have not volunteered with us before, you must be trained before your first volunteer shift. Training is mandatory and is offered on-site. If you are unable to attend any of the training sessions below, please email Amy Palma at palmaa@ohsu.edu, and we will see if we can make other arrangements.
